Workspaces
Click Settings in the left sidebar, and you will land on the Workspaces tab by default.
Workspace Management
- Under Select Workspace, you can view all workspaces you have access to and switch between them using the dropdown.
- To rename your workspace, edit the name in the Workspace Name field and the change will be saved automatically.
- To create a new workspace, click + New Workspace in the top right corner of the Workspace Settings section.
Team Members
The Team Members section shows everyone who has access to the current workspace, including their role and the date they joined.
To invite a new member:
- Click the Invite Member button.
- Enter the email address of the person you would like to invite.
- They will receive an invitation to join the workspace.
Credits
Click the Credits tab to view your current calling balance and transaction history.
Credit Balance shows the total number of calling minutes available in your workspace. Each call deducts minutes based on the duration of the conversation.
Transaction History displays a record of all credit purchases, including the type, amount, and date of each transaction.
Tip: Keep an eye on your credit balance before launching large batch calls to ensure you have enough minutes to complete the campaign.
