Create a Lead List
Click Leads in the left sidebar to enter the Lead Lists page, where you can view all your existing lists and their contact counts.
- Click the + Create button in the top right corner.
- Enter a name for your list in the Name field, e.g. “Digital Marketing Agency”.
- Add an optional description in the Description field.
- Click Create to finish. Your new list will appear on the Lead Lists page.
Add Contacts
Once inside a Lead List, click the + Add Lead button in the top right corner and choose one of the following methods:
Upload a CSV File
- Click Upload CSV to open the upload window.
- Before uploading, read and check the DNC Registry Compliance declaration. Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you are required to confirm that all numbers have been scrubbed against the Do Not Call (DNC) Registry and that you have obtained valid consent to contact them.
- Make sure your CSV column headers match the expected format. Supported columns include:

- Phone:
- Drag and drop your CSV file into the upload area. The system will automatically analyse the file and display the total record count, invalid numbers, duplicate numbers, and any contacts that already exist in other lists.
- Choose your preferred upload option — Upload All Records, Upload New Leads Only, or Upload Local Numbers Only — then confirm to complete the upload.
Add Manually
- Click Add Manually and fill in the contact details in the form provided.
- This is best suited for adding a small number of contacts or a single number on the spot.
Launch a Call
Batch Calling
- Select the contacts you want to call within your Lead List. You can select all or choose specific contacts.
- Click the Call button in the top right corner to open the Schedule Batch Call window.
- Fill in the following details:
- Call Name — A name for this batch call. The system will auto-fill today’s date, which you can edit.
- Agent — Select the AI Agent to handle this batch call.
- Name Format — Choose how the contact’s name will be referenced during the call, e.g. Full Name or First Name.
- Scheduled Date & Time — Set the date and time for the call to go out.
- Click Call Now to start immediately, or Schedule Call to queue it for the selected time.
Tip: Before launching, enable the Valid Numbers toggle to ensure only valid phone numbers are called, avoiding unnecessary use of your call credits.
View Call Results
After calls are completed, each contact record in the Lead List will display the following information:
Last Call Status — The outcome of the most recent call attempt:
Ringing— Currently dialling, waiting for an answerCompleted— Call was connected and completedBusy— The line was busyNo Answer— No one picked upFailed— The call failed to connectNot Called— This contact has not been called yetIn Progress— Call is currently activeQueued— Call is queued and waiting to be dialled
Additional columns include:
- Primary Goal — Whether the primary goal was achieved (Success / Failure)
- Secondary Goal — Whether the secondary goal was achieved
- Details Extracted — Key information automatically extracted from the conversation
- Last Contacted — Date and time of the most recent call
- Duration — Length of the call
- Call Back — Requested callback time, if any
Create a Lead List
Click on any contact record to open the Lead Activity panel on the right, which shows the full call history and detailed breakdown for that contact.
Conversation Details Displays the call date, duration, status, Agent used, caller number, and receiver number.
Call Recording Listen to the call recording directly in the browser, or click the download icon to save the file.
Overview
- Summary — An AI-generated summary of the conversation
- Evaluation Criteria — A breakdown of whether the primary and secondary goals were met, with an explanation for each outcome
- Data Collection — All data fields extracted from the call, such as decision maker name, job role, email, phone number, and callback time
- Objection — Any objections recorded during the call, including the type and timestamp
Transcript A full word-for-word record of the conversation, including what the AI said, how the contact responded, and system events such as “Agent tried to end call” and “Agent ended call”. Click Download to save the transcript.
Filter & Manage Leads
The Lead List page includes a range of filtering and management tools to help you efficiently handle large volumes of contacts.
Filters
- Filter by Status — Filter contacts by their last call status
- Primary Goal / Secondary Goal — Filter by goal outcome
- Filter by Date — Filter by the date contacts were last reached
- Filter by Agent — Filter by which Agent handled the call
- Valid Numbers — Show only contacts with valid phone numbers
- Unread Only — Show only contacts with unread activity
Bulk Actions (select contacts, then click the ⋮ menu in the top right)
- Export Leads — Export contact data to a file
- Update Company Size — Update the company size information for selected contacts
- Call Manually — Manually initiate a call to selected contacts
- Get First / Last Names / Honorifics / All Name Data — Automatically retrieve name information for selected contacts
- Check Status — Check the current status of selected numbers
- Fetch Conversations — Retrieve conversation records for selected contacts
- Update Emails from Conversations — Automatically update email fields based on information collected during calls
- Add to / Remove from Do Not Call — Add or remove selected contacts from the Do Not Call list
- Delete Selected — Permanently delete selected contacts from the list
