● Improving and training our AI models and services
● Customer support and account management
● Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations

3. Consent and Notification

We collect, use and disclose personal data with consent or deemed consent in accordance with the PDPA.

In relation to outbound calls conducted using our systems, call recordings may be made for purposes such as quality assurance, compliance, dispute resolution, and service monitoring. Where required under the PDPA, consent for such recording may be obtained by our customers or deemed to have been provided based on the circumstances of the interaction.

Individuals may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 10. Withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to continue providing certain services.

4. Disclosure of Personal Data

We may disclose personal data to:

● Our customers who use our services
● Third-party service providers and sub-processors (including cloud hosting providers,telecommunications providers, and AI technology partners)
● Professional advisers (e.g. legal, accounting)
● Regulatory authorities where required by law

All third parties are required to protect personal data in a manner consistent with the PDPA.

5. Use of AI and Automated Processing

Our services involve the use of artificial intelligence and automated systems to conduct outbound calls, including call flow management and conversational responses.

Call recordings and transcripts are not used to train, fine-tune, or improve our AI models, nor are they used to train or improve any global or third-party AI models.

Any insights, summaries, or analytics generated are intended solely to support service delivery, quality assurance, and reporting, and appropriate safeguards are implemented to ensure compliance with the PDPA.

6. Cross-Border Transfers

Personal data may be transferred outside Singapore where necessary for service delivery. Where such transfers occur, we ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

7. Retention of Personal Data

Personal data is retained for as long as it remains necessary for business, legal, or compliance purposes.

Individuals may request the deletion of their personal data by contacting us using the details in Section 10. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will assess and process the request in accordance with the PDPA, subject to any legal or contractual retention obligations.

We implement reasonable administrative, physical, and technical security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks.
